We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Manager to lead our expansion efforts in China. The ideal candidate will be a Chinese individual fluent in both English and Chinese, with a deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices. This person will have extensive connections and proven work experience in the Chinese market, and will play a crucial role in driving our operations and growth in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand MOArt's operations and presence in China.
• Cultural Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of Chinese culture and business practices to navigate and succeed in the market.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the Chinese market.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans that align with MOArt’s overall business goals and objectives.
• Networking: Utilize extensive connections in the Chinese market to enhance business opportunities and partnerships.
• Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between MOArt’s global team and local stakeholders in China.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in business development, market expansion, or a related role in China.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to navigate and succeed in the Chinese business environment.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.
