Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles, from concept to launch, and driving product innovation that meets customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Develop and implement product strategies that align with MOArt's business goals and market opportunities.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, including market research, planning, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and engineering, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive data to inform product decisions and improvements.
• Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, timelines, and milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and clients.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
• Innovation: Drive continuous innovation and improvement in product offerings, leveraging new technologies and market trends.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in product management, preferably in marketing, technology, or a related industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
