Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, as well as a deep understanding of user experience principles. Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Wire framing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
• User Interface Design: Design visually compelling and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• User Experience Design: Develop and iterate on user experience designs, focusing on usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a marketing or technology environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including case studies and examples of your design process.
• User-Centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify design problems and develop effective solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
